01 / About

A practice built at the intersection of strategy, learning, and design.

Through ImpactoLab, I support mission-driven organizations to make sense of complexity, strengthen the systems behind their work, and translate collective knowledge into practical action.

Professional identity

Connecting fields that are too often treated separately.

My work brings together strategic planning, Theory of Change, MEAL, organizational learning, participatory facilitation, Human-Centered Design, knowledge management, methodological design, visual tools, and responsible artificial intelligence.

The common thread is practical sense-making: helping teams connect what they know, what they want to change, what they can do, and how they will learn along the way.

I work as a facilitator, methodological designer, learning partner, and practical builder—moving between conversations, systems, tools, and implementation.

Consultancy philosophy

01

Start with people and context

Methods must respond to the organization, its capacities, and the conditions in which people actually work.

02

Make complexity visible

Visual structure helps groups see relationships, surface assumptions, and make better collective decisions.

03

Build for use

A strong deliverable is not only technically sound; it can be understood, adapted, and used after the consultancy ends.

04

Learn through iteration

Strategies and systems improve when evidence, experience, and changing context are reviewed intentionally.
